Chance leapt forward, tossing his arms around her thin frame. "Can I have all of the ones you did so far? Huuuuh?" He giggled delightfully. He liked the look of amusement on Liv's face, even if she tried to look stoic and calm.
"Hmm... maybe if I'm feeling generous." she replied sarcastically.
He gave an admirable pout, his lips puckered in 'a kissy face' as he used to call it when he was a little boy. "You pick on meeee..." he declared, then switched gears again. "I want you to draw yourself again sometime. I think those ones are really awesome and stuff. Oh, hey! Do you have more music for me?!" He sent her a puppy dog look, his words drawn out, as he tried to be as cute as possible. "Doooo you?"
"Nope, I might... tomorrow though." She said with another laugh. He liked her laugh. If a person could have an accent while they laughed, he liked how Liv did it. Like there was a deep resonance in her throat where the full sound liked to hide in waiting. "Will you survive until then?" He nodded energetically, ignoring the little sparks of protest in his neck at the over-zealous movement. "You're a music junkei." she said, and he laughed aloud.
"Say that again," he commanded, his voice bubbling with giggles, "You say, 'you'r- you're a music junkei.... Haha! I like it. It's very cute!" He tilted his head up at her again, "How do you say 'cute' again? I forgot..."

"Hmm... maybe if I'm feeling generous." Liv had replied to his question of if he could have ALL of the drawings she had done so far.
He gave a cute little pout, his lips puckered like a little kid giving his mother a kiss on the cheek. "You pick on meeee..." he declared and then suddenly switched the topic again. Liv loved that trait about him, he always had something to say. It made him an easy person to talk to. "I want you to draw yourself again sometime. I think those ones are really awesome and stuff. Oh, hey! Do you have more music for me?!" He sent her a puppy dog look, his words drawn out, as he obviously tried to be as cute as possible. "Doooo you?"
"Nope, I might... tomorrow though." She said with another laugh. It was easy to laugh around him. Especially since he never gave her strange looks when she did so. Because she laughed with an accent, something she never knew was possible until she came here. "Will you survive until then?" Liv asked and Chance nodded energetically, her smile broadening as he did so. Normally, she would have nodded back, just as enthusiastically, but she didn't want to try and end up hurting herself accidentally. "You're a music junkei." she said, and he laughed aloud.
"Say that again," he commanded his voice riddled with giggles, "You say, 'you'r- you're a music junkei.... Haha! I like it. It's very cute!" Tilting his head up at her again, he asked, "Howdo you say 'cute' again? I forgot..."
Shaking her head in amusement, Liv repeated what she had said earlier, "You're a music junkei." She knew she was messing up somewhere, but she wasn't exactly sure how to fix it. "Cute?" She asked, accidentally pronouncing it like 'koot'. It was one of her 'problem' words. She knew she had to work on it. She had a couple English words that just frustrated her to absolutely no end because no matter how hard she tried she couldn't get it right. She had even gotten a few weird stares from people who caught her trying to say them.

"You're a music junkei." she said, and he laughed aloud. Her Norwegian accent was endearing and sweet in his mind, he didn't even care if he couldn't understand her half the time.
"Say that again," he commanded his voice riddled with giggles, "You say, 'you'r- you're a music junkei.... Haha! I like it. It's very cute!" Tilting his head up at her again, he asked, "How do you say 'cute' again? I forgot..."
Shaking her head in amusement, Liv repeated it for him, "You're a music junkei." He laughed harder from pure delight. "Cute?" The way she said 'cute', like it was 'koot', kept him beaming as he nodded.
"Yeah, 'cute'. Like... puppies!" He threw his arms up at the final word, exuberant, "Puppies are koot!" Chance bounced a little in place, clapping his hands before throwing his arms around her again, laying his head against her shoulder. Her accent had made him happy, but the slightly confused look on her face had just been adorable, and he couldn't keep much of his reaction hidden. A part of him wanted to photograph it to keep forever, a part of him wanted to tickle her and toss her to the ground. Instead, he lifted his head up just enough to give her a friendly peck on the cheek, that might have lasted a little more than most friends would have offered, but that was usual for Chance. He liked the little flutters he felt with kisses, varying along with the intensity and meaning behind each one. When he pulled his lips from her cheek, reluctantly, he peered into her face, wondering what she was thinking about.
"You're cute. Can I adopt you and keep you? Please?" He grinned up at her roguishly, his head tilted to the side a little. "And you didn't teach me how to say 'cute' yet. I still wanna know!"
"Oh, hey. Can I take another picture of us for my Facebook? I don't like my face in the other one." He stuck out his tongue, making a disgusted expression, then flicked his hand at Liv dismissively, "You, of course, were as hot as ever. Pffft..."

"You're a music junkei." Liv repeated for him, knowing that he was getting a kick out of her heavy accent. If it had been anyone else laughing at her for that reason, she would have probably been offended, but she knew Chance meant no harm. "Cute?" She asked, mispronouncing it. It said more like 'koot', than what she had intended.
"Yeah, 'cute'. Like... puppies!" He threw his arms up at the final word, excitedly, the action causing Liv to laugh softly. "Puppies are koot!" he exclaimed, bouncing in place and clapping his hands before throwing his arms around her again, laying his head against her shoulder. She always wondered how on earth someone could be that ecstatic over her accent, in fact, she didn't think it was even possible until she met Chance. It was definitely amusing to watch him laugh loudly over the smallest things that were said. With a slightly confused expression on her face, she laughed with him. Suddenly, Chance lifted his head up just enough to press his lips against her cheek in a friendly kiss. She giggled a little, knowing that it probably meant nothing more than a friendship kiss. Just another random-but normal- thing he did. When he pulled his lips from her cheek, she looked down to see him peering into her face.
"You're cute. Can I adopt you and keep you? Please?" He grinned up at her roguishly, and to her amusement, she discovered they both had their heads tilted to the side slightly. "Sure!" she replied in her usual, heavy accent, but all the while knowing that it was impossible. Her parents would never give up their 'favorite punching bag,' or so they called her at times. "And you didn't teach me how to say 'cute' yet. I still wanna know!"
Another laugh and Liv thought about puppies and them being 'cute.' "Puppies are yndig." she stated. What she had said was technically another word for 'adorable' but she figured they were close enough to count.
"Oh, hey. Can I take another picture of us for my Facebook? I don't like my face in the other one." She tilted her head the the side at this, confused by his words. "You.. look good in that one." she stated, though it sounded more like a question because of her trying to be careful and say the right English words. Sticking out his tongue, Chance made a disgusted expression, then flicked his hand at Liv dismissively, "You,of course, were as hot as ever. Pffft..."
She laughed at this, clearly amused that he would think so. Silently, she thought about how proud she was of herself for remembering the word 'hot' and what it meant here besides 'warm.' It was one of the words she had learned from Chance. He was really a good teacher at times, helping her out with things she didn't quite get in his own unique way that was in no way boring or dull. In fact, she doubted that anything about Chance could EVER be boring..

He like the way she giggled when he gave her a little kiss on her cool cheek. Her thin shoulders quivered a little as she giggled, bumping lightly against him. When he pulled his lips from her cheek, he glanced up and saw her smiling, her head tilted a bit to the side with an endearing appearance.
"You're cute. Can I adopt you and keep you? Please?" He grinned up at her roguishly, mimicked the head-gesture with all due eagerness.
"Sure!" she replied in that awesome accent. Even if they both knew it wasn't going to happen. Liv never seemed to seriously consider it, and Chance tried not to push it, for fear of pushing her away in her frustration over the subject. She may have thought she was so good at hiding it, but her eyes went glassy at any mention of her home and her parents. Much less adoption papers or moving out without their permission. Seeing the happiness in her eyes and not wanting to take it away, he changed the subject.
Or reverted back to one, at least. "And you didn't teach me how to say 'cute' yet. I still wanna know!"
Another laugh from Liv, merry and bright, looking in such contrast to her dark hair and pale face. She looked almost like she belonged in a Tim Burton film, even looking foreign along with her voice. "Puppies are yndig."
Chance stared at her blankly for a moment. "Dude. No wonder I didn't remember it. Indy? Inding?" He repeat it a few times, trying to make sure he mimicked her accent and emphasis as close as he could manage. Then, shrugging, he switched angles again. "Oh, hey. Can I take another picture of us for my Facebook? I don't like my face in the other one." She tilted her head the the side at this, and he chuckled. Pointing to her, he shouted, "Yndig!" Yndig!"
"You.. look good in that one." she said, the statement half a question. Sticking out his tongue, Chance made a disgusted expression, then flicked his hand at Liv dismissively, "You, of course, were as hot as ever. Pffft..."
She laughed at this, and he smiled at her. "So, caaaaan we?" He pulled his cell phone out of his pocket, clicked quickly over to the camera on it. With one movement he reached over to lean up against her a little more, his head tucked up under her chin as he peered up at the phone he held aloft over their heads. It took him a moment to punch into the 'take picture' button, and a duck quacking indicated the photo had been taken, with him try to offer the camera a sultry look while he leaned against pretty Liv. After he took the picture, he quickly sat up to check it, and smirked at the result. "Look!" he held out the phone for her to see, waiting for her reaction. "That looks better, I think."

"You're cute. Can I adopt you and keep you? Please?" He grinned, looking up at her roguishly.
"Sure!" Liv replied, not bothering to think to hard on it. It would never happen, she knew that. Her parents would never let her go. It would take away their favorite pastime... besides drinking that is. "And you didn't teach me how to say 'cute' yet. I still wanna know!" Liv laughed again, clearly amused by his impatience, if you could call it that. He was always so eager when it came to learning her language. It made her happy, knowing that she could tell someone else what something was and knowing that she wouldn't be wrong.
"Puppies are yndig." she stated with a broad smile, amused by the completely blank look on his face.
"Dude. No wonder I didn't remember it. Indy? Inding?" She listened closely as he repeated it a few times in ways that varied slightly from the time before. Then he shrugged, completely switching topics again. "Oh, hey. Can I take another picture of us for my Facebook? I don't like my face in the other one." Liv tilted her head to the side in curiosity as she did sometimes, as if it helped her to think. Then with a chuckle, Chance pointed at her and shouted, "Yndig!" Yndig!" Her face turned a bright shade of pink at this, but she merely laughed along with him.
"You.. look good in that one." she said, the statement half a question due to her questioning her ability to speak English. Chance stuck his tongue out, making a disgusted face that would have sent her into a fit of laughter if she wasn't so confused. Flicking his hand at Liv dismissively, he said, "You, of course, were as hot as ever. Pffft..."
She laughed at this, feeling a sense of pride that she actually knew what he meant by 'hot.' "So, caaaaan we?" He asked, smiling at her and she nodded a couple times. She watched him as he pulled his cell phone out of his pocket and clicked what she had guessed was the button to switch over to the camera on his phone. With one quick movement he reached over to lean up against her a little more, tucking his head up under her chin, peering up at the cellphone he was holding above their heads. Liv immediately looked up as well, offering a small smile to the electronic device, her green eyes bright and wide, as usual. It only took Chance a moment to push the button to take their photo's, the sound of a duck quacking told them both that it worked, but also served to throw her into a fit of laughter at the noise. It did it every time, it wasn't like she didn't expect it to happen, but it was just so hilarious.
Chance was already sitting up by then, examining the picture closely. the smirk on his face told Liv that he liked it. "Look!" he exclaimed, holding out the phone for her to see. "You look koot!" she stated automatically, not bothering to see how she turned out in it and not caring if she was mispronouncing the silly little word again. "That looks better, I think." he stated and she nodded in agreement, though she liked them both. The old picture and the new one seemed like good ones to her.

"So, caaaaan we?" he asked emphatically, until Liv nodded with some enthusiasm. With the comradery a prominent scent in the aura around them, he leaned up against her, tucking his head under chin while they both looked up at the camera, freezing a moment of their lives to be captured in the tiny lens. For a moment he saw the two of them, stretched in the tiny mirror that was supposed to help him estimate where to hold the camera so they wouldn't end up halfway out of the picture. His eyes sparkled a little at the image, and he punched the button.
Liv burst into laughter at the sound of a quacking duck that told him the photo had been taken, and Chance sat up quickly to inspect the picture, smiling as he saw their faces stare upwards. Oh yeah, they looked hardcore, he decided. "Look!" he exclaimed, holding out the phone for her to see.
"You look koot!" she told him, making him beam. Chance puffed out his chest, half in pride and half in whatever else it was that stimulated his usual behavior.
"Yeah, I do, don't I?" he said proudly, "I'm very good at lookin' koot. Or yndig, or whatever!" Chance looked back down at the small picture in his camera, the smile returning more softly this time. "That looks better, I think." Looking up in time to catch her nod, Chance let out a contented sigh and slipped the cellphone into his pocket. Unfortunately, he'd seen what the time was, and it wasn't a smart idea to ignore it.
"As much as I am enjoying our little love affair, darling," he said in sudden mockery of an Italian accent, leaning over to kiss her cheek once again for effect. "I am afraid I have to leave you. The world awaits!" His expression went just the tiniest bit more serious, though the smile still sat on his lips. "I'll see you later, alright? Love you, yndig." He ruffled her hair affectionately and turned to go, hooking his thumbs into his back pockets and wandered off, skipping a little every few steps. As much as he would have rather stayed with Liv a little while longer, it would be even nicer if none of them was going to get hammered for doing something silly like skip classes and usual responsibilities for a few more minutes of just enjoying the art of doing absolutely nothing.
Chance is done here, methinks. Unless Moony wants to keep him here longer, in which case she must use her Budda powers on Mascii. DDDD:!

"Look!" Chance had exclaimed, holding out the phone for her to see the picture that had just been taken.
"You look koot!" she told him, causing a broad smile to spread across his face. Puffing out his chest in what appeared to be pride and something else she couldn't quite place. "Yeah, I do, don't I?" he said proudly, "I'm very good at lookin' koot. Or yndig, or whatever!" He exclaimed as he looked back down at the small picture in his camera, a soft smile on his face that made Liv wonder if something was wrong. "That looks better, I think."
Liv nodded in agreement before he let out a contented sigh and put away his cellular device.
A second's pause and he started speaking again. "As much as I am enjoying our little love affair, darling," he said in an accent she hadn't heard before, he leaning over to kiss her cheek once again. And again, this didn't bother her, she knew it was just a friend thing. "I am afraid I have to leave you. The world awaits!" His expression went just the tiniest bit more serious, though he still had a smile on his face. "I'll see you later, alright? Love you, yndig."
He ruffled her hair, causing a mess of her choppy hair to fall into her small face which shielded her vision slightly as he turned to go. Deciding not to worry about the mess on the top of her head, she tilted her head back slightly to stretch her now aching neck, watching her friend as he walked away. A part of her wanted to go with him, to go to class and be a good kid for once... then she thought better of it, deciding to stay there a few minutes longer. Besides, she knew she was going to get it when she got home, for her... performance she made before she left for school that morning. So she figured she might as well enjoy the peace while it lasted.
Crossing one leg over the other, she slouched in her seat, debating on whether or not to take a nap... at least until the next period's bell rang when she'd join her classmates in the joys of meaningless schoolwork.
OOC: Yup, it's over. XD No Buddha powers.
