Character’s name: Jordan "Jodie" Watanabi
Character’s approx. age: 16
Character’s physical appearance: He has wide brown eyes, almond-shaped and interesting. His face has good shape, somewhere between round and square. He has very full lips that he is quite proud of, and a cute little round nose.
Character's personality: He's quite optimistic. While he's entirely willing to say what's bothering him, he won't have anyone upset over him or his troubles. He loves to listen to people and comment, which is his way of keeping the mood innocent and a smile on other people's faces. He's also very dramatic, both in words and expressions, though he very rarely gets angry or depressed. He likes to have an open air in the people around him, and gets a little nervous around people when he has a feeling they're directly avoiding telling him something. All in all, he's a very caring person, as long as he isn't wronged. One of his biggest problems is his sense of vengence, in which he will completely avoid someone's existence when they are near him, and pointedlybadtalk them behind their backs. He also has a problem of gossip, though - for the most part - he never means ill. He does tend to chatter on.
Two-paragraph sample post:
"Hey Wasabi," a jock walking by said, giving him a shove. Jodie's eyes narrowed a little, but he smiled. 'You're cute. I'll let you get away with it, because you're cute. And because you remembered enough of my name to be adorable about it. Just don't try it again. Okay, honey? Thank you.'
He let the other students pass him by. For the most part, they didn't mess with him and he didn't mess with them. They didn't mesh, they didn't talk. Sometimes, he'd get lucky and find someone who needed him to listen. That was his thing; he would listen and spout out little quips that would either make them smile or make them think. He wasn't particularly smart, or notably stupid. He was in the lovely middleway, and he liked it there.
"Hey," Jodie said, tapping a girl on the shoulder. "Have you seen Ani? I haven't seen her yet." She turned to look at him, and let out a cry.
"Oh, Jodie! That outfit is so cute!" she exclaimed. He blushed a little, doing a turn.
"Is it?"
"Totally!" She reached over and tugged on his pink jacket. "But you aren't gonna get attention that way," she warned in an almost post-pubescent way. Jodie laughed.
"That's what you do, isn't it?" he pointed out, gesturing to her outfit, typical of a girl that was reaching for popularity - and guys' attention. "I guess it's just my cute face. It just over-powers you." Reaching over, he pinched her nose. "Don't worry. Whatever you're doing, it's working. Cute top. By the way, watch out for Spenser. Heard from Gloria and her friends that he's a total scag." With that and a wink, he turned and walked down the hall.
'Now that that's done, where's Ani?'
