Though after Katrina a lot of the dorms had to be rebuilt, that only made the Pontchartrain Hall dorms just that much nicer, surprisingly... especially compared to other college dorms.
The dorms are set up with separate bedrooms and bathrooms in each, and even a living room. The staff and RAs are very hospitable and good at their jobs, though typically lax as most colleges are.
Students have to supply their own furniture, though, save for the basic bed frame and mattress.
