General rules:
1. ABSOLUTELY no flaming or bashing of any other members. If it is at all necessary, try to keep it to PMs, but by all means keep it out of the threads. Treat others as you want to be treated-- c'mon, we learned this in kindergarten, people... respect is your friend. Let's see it shine!
2. No trolling... you know what that means.
3. Try to avoid double-posting as it is kind of ridiculous and spammy... I understand that sometimes it is necessary, though, so just keep in mind not to overdo it. I reserve the right to gauge what is overdoing it.
4. Nothing inappropriate in avatars, signatures, or over PG-13 in posts. You know what inappropriate is, people. I reserve the right to edit posts/sigs/avvies that I find offensive/questionable to our members.
5. I'm not too fond of swearing... but sometimes it is necessary to keep things believable... so just please be smart and use in moderation, and remember, PG-13 rule. Yes, please.
6. If you have a problem with a member, talk to them about it individually. If the problem continues, ask another member to talk to that person with you. If the problem persists, notify me and I will address the issue. If the problem continues still, it will be addressed publicly. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. If the problem continues, you will be removed from this board. This includes persistent breaking or ignoring of any of these rules.
Roleplaying Rules:
1. You MUST wait for approval on your character before beginning to roleplay.
2. No Mary-Sues/Gary Stus... make your character believable!
3. Use standard English in your posts, thank you, in the narrative parts of your posts. Dialogue can be non-standard if it suits your character-- which it probably does!
4. Do not control someone else's character without his or her permission. It is not kind and will not be responded to kindly.

Automatic suspension of the user and character for two weeks if this problem is persistent in one user-- second warning is for a month, and third warning is permanent ban.
