Character’s name: Jonathan Ashford
Character’s approx. age: 17
Character’s physical appearance: deep brown – black hair that reaches the end of his neck and covers his ear. He has brown eyes that are sometimes hard to see through his bangs. Youthful face and people often mistake him for someone two or three years younger, but he has the good height of 5’10 to make up for it. Constantly wears a navy blue and white striped scarf around his neck that his grandmother made for him when he was younger. He’s usually seen with a plain coloured shirt with a pair of jeans and badly tied hiking boots to add to his height. Always carries his guitar with him.
Character's personality: He’s often indifferent about most things, but may snap at people if bothered enough. He has a strange sense of humour and sometimes caught laughing at the wrong time. There are few people he considers his friends as he is sometimes teased at how young he looks by the people at school. He rarely smiles in front of people, but if you’re lucky you’ll catch a faint grin when you speak with him.
Two-paragraph sample post:
Jonathan tapped at his guitar as he sat on the heated cement outside the math building. He could faintly hear his teacher rambling on about one theory after another from the opened window and was careful not to be caught. School was boring, especially math, he had better things to do instead of sitting in class filled with people he didn’t really like.
Jonathan tilted his head from one side to the other as he tried to pick up a beat from the sounds around him. His teacher’s voice sometimes matched the sound of his hands against his guitar. Somewhere in his head, he warned himself of the argument he was going to get when he got home once the school called about him skipping class again, but couldn’t really bring himself to care.
Jonathan briefly checked the time and grumbled as five more minutes remained until the end of the block. He spent the last few minutes, returning his guitar to its case and standing up to fix his clothing. He was quick to adjust his scarf after brushing off the few bits of dust clinging to it. ‘Can’t go having that thing dirty.’ At the sound of the bell, he gave a thin smile and murmured,
“Well that was a productive day.”
Actor Image (optional): none at the moment
