Erin Spenser
"Fine," Erin conceded as Yukito carried her through his makeshift exit. It would have been a lot more romantic if they weren't still cold and wet, and if she hadn't been needing to be carried, and if she hadn't pressed him and made him feel so uncomfortable to say the least... And if he wasn't still wearing the stupid soaked shirt... she tacked on mentally, despite knowing that that action was also her own fault. She returned her attention to the conversation at hand. "But if some creeper comes to the car while you're gone I'm not just gonna sit there and take it, so you better move quick."
His smile broadened. "If some creeper comes to the car, you have my blessing in totally obliterating him into a pulp. In fact, I hope you would. Or at least let me know so I can."
"Yeah, I'll just tell him, 'Wait, don't attack me until I can get out and let my boyfriend know you're here... Okay, you can try to attack me now, he knows.' That'll work out perfect." Erin gave him a smug smile, happy to temporarily distract herself from her own mistakes.
Somehow Yukito managed to open the door with her still in his arms, and he took his time in setting her down in her seat. Like she was glass. It was... strange for her.
He excused himself and popped back out to collect their junk then appeared again in a couple of minutes, letting their stuff drop down between the front seats. No secrets anymore, I guess, she thought fleetingly. Surprisingly, Erin found herself smiling at the thought.
Sitting down and buckling up, he sent her a smile and a sigh. "Sunshine, you wear me out. Now it's time to go home."
Erin sighed, too. "Yeah..." She smiled at the name that she doubted he'd use again, or very often if he did. He bent over and kiss her before heading off, and Erin curled up in her seat, resting her head on the window because what she really wanted to do was rest her head on his lap.
Erin's done here, to.
